Flowers and Bumblebees

Moonday today, and ladies hols, no practice... Tomorrow I'll see Humming Finn and I'll kick ass!

And now, for something completely different. I couldn't resist buying these lovely peonies yesterday. I thought of Anna, who once talked of peonies, and I thought of dear Eeyore, who needs lots and lots of warm thoughts and good vibes right now. So here is to you!

And once again I will torture you with pics and talk of my adorable little Bumblebee. Saw her last night and sheesh, things moves so fast! I saw her less than a week ago and there's already a bunch of new stuff in her repertoire! Her new thing is to grab stuff and put it in her mouth (see proof below). She's even found out how to put her thumb in her mouth, not the whole hand, like before. She is actually sucking her thumb, so cute!

Meep! That baby is so beautiful and elfin. Isn't she just as elfin as can be? She looks like a water sprite or something. A woodland fairie.

Beautiful peonies! They are my second favorite flowers, after the amazingly ugly-named but absolutely gorgeous ranunculus!!

Lovely morning to you!

Peonies are my absolute favorite flower... thank you! They are beautiful!

Joy, I'd never seen ranunculus but when Cranky Housefrau visited, she bought me some and they are beautiful too!

Bumblebee is beautiful (and I told you before I am NOT a baby person so I am not just saying that to be polite). She really is. And she looks like she knows things...

Eeyore, how are you? slightly better i hope? you are in my thoughts!

JS, we have the exact same favorite flowers, in said order!

Anna, i know you're not a baby person! it's so sweet that you comment on my silly pictures anyway, thank you!
and yes JS, i agree! she does look a little elfin, and fairies ARE perfect and they know things...

I am with Anna! Keep the babies at bay except for bumbles. I could smell her all day, in that cute little bee sweater of hers. Is she somewhere between peonies and baby powder?

BTW, you are a hero for blogging in English.

It would be a little more difficult for me to keep up in Swedish.

thank you Owl, you have no idea how much those words mean to me! i have good reasons to blog in english - the obvious one being of course that it would be hard for you to keep up in my language. but perhaps it's time for me to do a post about my other motives? i'll be back on this!

oh, and yes, i can smell bumbles all day too :) i'd plunge my nose in the back of her ear and sniff! can't really say, but you may be right, somewhere between peonies and baby powder.

Yes, I'd like to hear about it! I can't imagine blogging in French. I should, for the practice... but I'd fall WAY short of your abilities, Chitta dear.

I guess I should start somewhere.

Sweet bee! What a beautiful baby.
